for our first food post, we wanted to start off with something fresh and delicious! so we got together with the lovely cassandra stearns of borrowed blu, and came up with this amazing little dessert that you can have and not feel a lot of guilt for!

here’s what you’ll need:
1 can coconut milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla (if you want to be fancy, get the whole vanilla bean)
berries

what to do:
get a mixing bowl and your mixer ready
pour in the can of coconut milk and mix on high speed
…mix, mix, mix
when the cream becomes light and fluffy with soft peaks, add the sugar and vanilla
top with your favorite berries, and voilà!

note: cooling the can of coconut milk in the fridge before hand really makes a nice difference!
